In this time of great uncertainty, our priority is the welfare of our customers and employees. Our mission is to make it easy for you to still do business with us and we remain open and committed to being there for you however we can during this time.
This unprecedented situation has us making crucial decisions on a day-by-day basis, and we are committed to keeping you updated with how we are responding to the COVID-19 situation.
What We're Doing:
SHOWROOM IS OPEN WITH NEW HOURS
In compliance with Colorado's Public Health orders to maintain "safe distance", we are recommending that customers who come to our showroom maintain safe distances and wear a protective mask per the Colorado State Mandate. In our showrooms, employees have been given the option on whether they prefer to wear a mask or not. All employees are healthy and are willing to put on a mask if you ask them to. They have been instructed to wash their hands regularly, use hand sanitizer when necessary, and frequently disinfect front counters, door handles, railings, appliances, and any other high traffic areas that are often touched by employees and customers. Hand sanitizer will be made available to those visiting our showrooms.
New Showroom Hours:
- Monday through Friday 8 AM- 5 PM
- Saturdays 9 AM-5 PM
For those that prefer to remain home during this time; we encourage you to call and speak to one of our appliance experts or utilize our website. Our website is an excellent resource to use; its functionality will allow you to view and learn about items, build a quote and request pricing or fully purchase the appliances you need.
DELIVERY, INSTALLATION OR PICKUP
We will continue to offer appliance delivery, installation and pickup. If you prefer to pick up your own appliances, we can arrange for pickup at our store location.
SERVICE AND REPAIR
We will continue to offer in home appliance repair as usual.
HEALTH & SAFETY PRACTICES
In an effort to protect you and our employees, we have equipped each of our delivery and service vehicles with sanitizer, masks and gloves and each crew member has been instructed to wear masks, wash their hands before entering and after exiting a customer's home. If you or a member of your household is showing symptoms or has been requested to self-quarantine, we ask that you inform the technician and/or the office so we can schedule for a later date.
We know that appliances play a critical role in everyone's day-to-day lives. We are working hard to remain available to assist you with any needs that you may have. Whether you need a replacement refrigerator to keep fresh food on hand, a freezer to store food long term, or a new washing machine to keep your family's clothes clean and sanitary, we want you to know that we are here for you.
